The breath, sound and movement of returning to your rhythm.

This is not your average meditation class. Finding Your Groove is a welcoming, down-to-earth introduction to Kundalini and rhythmic meditation, designed for people who want something deeper—without getting lost in spiritual jargon or dogma.

We’ll work with three simple pillars:

  • Breath to clear the mind and energize the body

  • Sound to focus, uplift, and open the heart

  • Movement to release tension and connect you to your natural flow

Each week, we’ll layer these practices, building gently from breath to movement to stillness—using rhythm, vocal tone and somatic awareness to awaken your inner fire and ground your energy.

No experience needed—just a willingness to move, breathe, and feel.

BREATH

Your inner metronome.

Breath is the bridge between the chaos of the world and the calm of your body. It’s where we start, and often, where we return. In this practice, we use intentional, accessible breathwork to anchor the nervous system, quiet the mind and invite the spirit back into the body—without forcing anything. Just inhale, exhale, remember.

SOUND

Medicine through vibration.

Your voice carries power. Sound in this practice isn’t about singing pretty, it’s about resonance. We use vocal toning, mantra and live sound healing to clear energetic debris, recalibrate the system and remind you what it feels like to be fully alive.

MOVEMENT

Energy in motion (not performance).

This isn’t a dance class or a flexibility test. It’s intuitive, rhythmic movement designed to unlock what’s stuck—physically, emotionally, spiritually. Whether it’s a subtle sway or a full-bodied release, movement is how we embody the breath and sound… and start to trust the body’s natural intelligence again.

Reconnect to your body.

Remember your spirit.

Reset your nervous system.

Meet your Guide

  • I walk the edges—between life and death, grief and joy, collapse and becoming. I’ve been shaped by these thresholds, not just as a witness but as someone who’s stood at them myself, again and again. My work is born from what I’ve lived, lost, remembered and rebuilt.

This isn’t performance. I’m not here to fix you, coddle you or promise some polished version of healing. I’m here to hold a rhythm, a space, a frequency where truth can rise and false selves can fall away. Through music, meditation, bodywork and presence, I offer a path back to your own knowing—a return to the divine spark within you that never left.

I’ve spent nearly 20 years studying and practicing the healing arts. My work is rooted in both lineage and lived experience—
    • I hold 500+ hours of training in Kundalini and yoga traditions
    • I’ve trained in massage therapy (650 hours), with foundations in Chinese medicine, qi gong, and energetic healing
    • I’ve sat in rooms with the dying, held space for new life and witnessed countless rebirths of the self

This path has never been about perfection. Transformation doesn’t always look pretty. Sometimes it’s quiet. Sometimes it’s messy. Sometimes it’s just deeply, devastatingly honest.

I honor the full spectrum—from the raw ache of loss to the wild joy of remembering who you really are. I trust the wisdom of your body. I trust the silence between words. I trust Source flowing through rhythm, voice and breath.

My work is for those standing at the edge of something real: the dying, the birthing, the grieving, the recreating. You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t even have to speak. Just bring your heartbeat, your breath, your willingness to remember. The rest, we’ll meet together in stillness and sound.

✺ FAQ ✺

  • No. Kundalini yoga is about working with your breath, gentle movement, mantra, and meditation to connect with your own awareness. Like any physical practice, you’re encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace. In this course, we keep everything safe, approachable, and beginner-friendly.

  • Nope. While Kundalini has roots in spiritual traditions, what we’ll be doing is non-denominational and open to everyone. These practices serve as a tool to enhance your own belief systems—not to give you new ones. You get to keep what’s true for you and leave the rest.

This is about your personal growth and connection to yourself.

  • We do use mantra (repetitive sounds or words) because it’s a powerful way to focus the mind and shift energy. But it’s always optional, and you can listen quietly if you prefer.

  • We do explore Breath of Fire, but it’s taught slowly and with care—no huffing, puffing, or forcing. The focus is on staying calm and connected, not cranking up intensity. Everything is an invitation, not a demand.

⚠️ A Note on Breath Practices:
If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, epilepsy, or any respiratory or cardiovascular condition, please speak to your healthcare provider before engaging in active breath practices like Breath of Fire. In class, you’re always welcome to opt for long deep breathing or simply rest. Your body knows besttrust it.

  • This practice is available to everyone. Most movements can be done seated or modified, and if physical movement isn’t accessible, I’ll offer visualization cues so you can still engage energetically.

The goal isn’t to “do it right”—it’s to connect in a way that feels real and safe for you.

  • This isn't a certified trauma-informed class, but it is led with awareness, respect and a whole lot of gentleness. You're never forced to share, push or perform. The invitation is always: honor your pace.

  • Every session blends breathwork, movement, mantra, meditation and closes with a sound healing to leave you deeply restored.

  • Take care of yourself—always. You’re encouraged to pause, rest or skip anything that doesn’t feel right. There are no physical adjustments and I don’t offer individualized modifications mid-class. The tone is intentionally private and inward-focused, so you have full permission to listen to your body, feel what you feel and move (or not) in a way that supports you.
