Begin a sacred dialogue with the soul of your baby. Through subtle breathwork, sound healing, and visualization, you’ll deepen your intuitive connection and discover how your baby may already be guiding you. This is a week of heart-centered listening and soulful bonding.

Movement is how we remember we are safe to soften. These sessions include grounding, rhythmic motion designed to relieve tension, increase circulation, and help you embody flow. You’ll begin to move from instinct again—just as you were born to do.
Frequency
Mantra & Sonic Healing to clear fear and invite peace.
Your voice and your vibration are tools of transformation. In this pillar, we use mantra, vocal toning, and sound baths to soothe the nervous system, shift emotional states, and recalibrate the energy you carry. You become the frequency of trust, love, and calm your baby will feel most.

You can join at any stage, but many mothers find the second and third trimesters especially powerful for this work. That said, the series supports deep connection and preparation no matter where you are in your journey.
