The Inner Light is a 1:1, self-initiation practice, guided by me in an intimate, personalized setting. I come to you: into your home, your real life, your nervous system as it actually is. Together, we build a daily meditation practice that sticks. One that supports emotional regulation, mental clarity and a steadier relationship to your body and breath.
In our first session, we create a simple altar space, a physical anchor that reminds you to return. From there, we design a practice tailored specifically to you: your capacity, your rhythms, your season of life. This includes a 40-day self-guided meditation and a supporting mantra for you to work with daily.
You’ll receive weekly in-person 1:1 sessions, once a day text-message check-in, guided tools and personalized journal prompts and reflections to help integrate the practice into your everyday life.

This process is designed to meet you where you are, support your growth, and create a daily meditation practice that becomes a natural, sustaining part of your life.
Create Your Sacred Space
Your environment shapes your practice. Together, we’ll design a simple, personalized altar or meditation corner in your home. This is your anchor—a dedicated space that invites presence, signals intention, and reminds you to return to yourself daily.
Design Your Practice
We craft a daily meditation practice tailored to your life, capacity, and inner landscape. This may include breathwork, posture, mantra, or contemplative listening. The practice is designed to meet you where you are while gently stretching your awareness and presence.
Put It Into Practice
You practice daily for 40 days, developing discipline without forcing perfection. Weekly sessions and brief check-ins support consistency, reflection, and refinement. This step is about building a relationship with your own rhythm and noticing patterns of mind, body, and emotion as they arise.
Integrate & Return
Self-mastery is lived, not performed. Here we focus on integration: bringing the clarity, resilience, and presence cultivated on the cushion into your everyday life. You learn to return to awareness amid challenge, honoring your limits, and expanding your capacity for choice and self-alignment.

The Inner Light - Meditation Mentorship
This is a 1:1 offering and spaces are intentionally limited.
1. Fill out the full application form, designed to explore your intentions, goals and readiness.
2. Join a short discovery call. Afterward, allow 72 hours to sit with your decision, reflect on fit and address any lingering questions for both you or for me.
3. Invitation to begin. If we both feel called to move forward, you’ll receive an agreement form with all the specifics and we’ll choose a start date.
4. Ignite your Inner Light.
The Inner Light is a deep dive: daily connection, disciplined practice and radical responsibility for your experience.
Not everyone will be invited into this container.
Only those ready to fully commit will thrive here.

No meditation experience is required. That said, it’s important to have a genuine interest in the work and an understanding of what this container involves.
This program works with dynamic meditation techniques, including breathwork, chanting, mantra, and Eastern healing concepts. If those don’t feel like your vibe, I’m likely not your person—and that’s okay.
If you’re simply curious about my work or want a lighter introduction, I recommend starting with one of my group sessions held in Southern Utah.

In-home sessions are available from Ivins through the greater St. George area.
If you’re located outside of St. George—Hurricane to Cedar City—please reach out directly to inquire about travel availability and rates.At this time, online mentorships are not available. This work is offered in person to support depth, presence, and continuity of practice.

This is a six-week container, designed to build rhythm, continuity and trust with your practice.
Up to two reschedules are permitted, as long as the container does not extend beyond eight weeks total. This helps maintain the integrity of the work while allowing for real life.
That said, this work is relational, not transactional. If something genuine comes up, we’ll handle it with care and communication.

This work is about setting you up for success, not setting you up to fail. Depending on your life and current capacity, some practices are as short as three minutes a day, though 11 minutes is a common starting point.
If commitment feels like a struggle, we’ll choose one non-negotiable practice—something truly doable. Everything else is optional. Consider them toppings, not requirements.
Consistency matters more than duration. We build from what you can actually keep.

This work is perfect for you. I’ve worked with all bodies and abilities—including people with severe spinal conditions, chronic pain, and wheelchair users. Meditation is not about forcing your body into a shape.
Practices are adapted to meet you exactly as you are, using supportive positioning, breath, sound, and awareness to invigorate and support your system safely and respectfully.
Your body is not a barrier here—it’s the starting point.

Your practice is chosen intentionally—nothing random, nothing generic. Before we begin, you’ll fill out an application with questions about your life, your goals, and what’s actually present for you right now. You’ll also take an Enneagram personality assessment (yes, really).
This helps me understand not just your conscious intentions, but your unconscious motivations, patterns, and fears—the places where practice tends to either land or get resisted.
We’ll talk through the larger themes shaping your life, and from there I’ll design a daily sadhana that fits you. I also take into account your preferences—whether you’re drawn more toward breathwork, mantra, chanting, or simple observational meditation.
The result is a practice that meets you where you are, and works with you rather than against you.
